Jessica has this nifty ability callled glamoring, which is basically hypnosis made by eye contact. Canon states that Jessica is very talented in this, and has resulted in people's brains being confused and really, really messed up to the point that even an older, more experienced  vampire has difficulty undoing its effects.

When she first glamors your character, your character will feel calm and empty , and is receptive toward everything. Jessica will then has the power to suggest actions, memories, even emotions to your character. For example, if she says "You are feeling tired, and you don't want to do your homework tonight. So you're going back to room and go to bed," your character will do so. When she breaks eye contact after giving those commands, your character will walk away as though nothing has happened. But if she breaks away the contact before any commands, your character will be back to normal and will remember what has happened.

In canon, the only people who are immune to this power are telepaths like Sookie and other vampires.

So if you have a character who has the ability to block or at least fight off glamoring, comment here!

Snake keeps his eyes constantly closed and is completely blind. Aside from that, he has some latent telepathic ability, so I think it's fair to say he would be immune to glamoring.

Ritsuka ([livejournal.com profile] little_bandages), who comes from a world where people use spoken spells to battle, has successfully broken free from attacks that were similar to suggestive hypnosis and would likely be able to resist it.

For my other characters - Franz ([livejournal.com profile] hisdiscretion) and Czeslaw ([livejournal.com profile] tiny_schemer) would be susceptible.

Well, eye contact is pretty much necessary for glamoring, so if Snake is blind he might not need to worry about being glamored in the first place.

Other characters, those are noted! :D

In canon, the Doctor [livejournal.com profile] stillhaslegs has some degree of telepathy and would probably be able to fight it off to an extent.

Likewise, Kyouya [livejournal.com profile] debtfinanced also has a latent telepathic ability and would be somewhat resistant to it, though not to the same degree as the Doctor

I'd say Mags would be mostly immune (it's hinted in canon he is a latent telepath) and he could certainly fix it off (that's also canon).

HOWEVER he's not 100% at it (just...almost. /sob Marvel) so if have a plot we might be able to work something out?
